Its a long way down there

Helmet Church Magazine) collating this morning  - good turn out so we finished quite early -,back home and did some more sewing.  After lunch KG went to his Cardiac Rehab and  is finding it a bit easy - he has been told that he can play bowls and also use his rowing machine so he is pleased with that.   Cut out some more squares for my quilt and hopefully I will have enough now.  Had a few issues to sort out on the computer after.  
One think I have learned today is not to use out of date  bread mix - it was like a concrete brick - we did manage to eat the crusts but the rest went in the bin!!
