Left holding the baby :-)

Don't want to mislead you, Marlane and Johanna looked after Ruby all day but I got to hold her while they sorted some stuff out.
Took the opportunity to take a selfie for her as she was asleep, and her little fingers can't hold the camera and reach the 'button' at the same time.
She really is very cute.
As she was leaving in the car Marlane started talking to her and she started to laugh, it was so funny because we hadn't heard her laughing like that before. It was a wonderful moment.

Very lucky for you, I was going to post the final stages of the never ending roadworks showing how they have put the new lamposts away from the edge of the road, behind the fencing. This is one of the road safety initiatives to minimize damage and injuries in the case of an accident.
