M1 Fun

After arriving in Nottingham close to midnight last night I still had to prepare a presentation for today’s meeting.

01:30 and I rattled one together!

Woke at 7am for breakfast then departed for a long day with the Regional Management Team.

Left Nottingham around 16:30 for the 3 hour drive to Sunderland to meet colleagues as we have a long day planned tomorrow to discuss new projects.

Headed out for a beer and most likely a curry overlooking the Seaburn beach.

Missed my window for a coastal run so will see how I feel in the morning.
