Tarbert
Day off and what a lovely day it turned out to be :-)
We decided to have another little outing to Tarbert.
This time we stayed on the South side of East Loch Tarbert and walked out the village road to its end. Even before the mist/haze cleared the boats in the harbour were catching the sun and the colours were bright and saturated. Out past the ferry slipway we could see across the Loch to White Shore beach where we had been earlier this month. Further out the road we watched a little creel boat come in and not long after the ferry came across Loch Fyne from Portavadie and made its usual quick turn round before heading back across.
We visited "A Fyne Deli" again and had our sandwiches in the sunshine at a picnic table looking over the marina and towards the working harbour.
Nice way to spend my day off :-)
