Here be dragons

Daughter #3 (now renamed Celia the Coeliac, much to her disgust) has improved greatly. Previously she was unable to walk a few hundred yards.

Today, she walked from the flat to St David's Hall and back (about a mile each way), and then danced around Tescos, where we went to restock on gluten free foods for her.

I headed home while the English were being beaten by Wales (I have a foot in both camps so was on a win-win).
