I was going out anyway but, when I saw that MrSmith posting photos from his ride, I thought I better get out sharpish... 45 more miles in The East - perfect conditions again, making the most of it while it lasts.

And now, finally, with the delivery of new sofas in the afternoon (and me somehow managing to manoeuvre the remaining old one down the stairs for uplift), I think I never have to move another heavy piece of furniture again. Ever. I say that but...
