Take Two

Fresh snow this morning. We lost power from 2:30-4:20 a.m.  I heard the generator stop, then listened to the crickets on the white noise machine. 7 chirps. Pause. 7 chirps. Pause. Couldn’t fall back asleep so it’s low gear for me today. Comments may be few.

Second visit to the new chiropractor today. Ouch, ouch, ouch. Oooh. Ahhhhh. New exercises were demonstrated. Working my way up to 64 ounces of water daily.
