Peeking Cat
My Dear Princess & Dear Fellows,
Our landlady Miranda is thinking about selling our flat. To be fair to her, she started out just wanting to sell the one below us but some property developer had decided he would like to buy the whole block.
We don't really want to move, but oh well, we'll figure it out. The good news is that any new landlord would either have to honour our lease or pay us out. That would be ok.
Consequently, there's been a few people round today (while I was at work) checking out the place. Caro had to secure the boys by putting them into a cat-carrier and sitting with them while Miranda showed the developers around.
Jasper took it in his stride, of course. But Punky is a sensitive little chap, and has been skulking around the flat this evening. I'm sure he'll come around soon. Perhaps a little cooked chicken will lure him out.

P.S. A Story For Auslaender
Here's one we heard on Graham Norton last night. I expect that the Princess and Mad Dog have heard it already. But honestly, it made Caro CRY, so I feel I need to recap for Fat Pete.
So actor/comedian Greg Davies was on Graham Norton and talking about the fact that he did a tv show with Taylor Lautner (a young chap actor). Greg knew that his sister LOVED Taylor Lautner and so decided to surprise her with a Skype call from the set of his tv show.
He called his sister and said, "Look who it is!" And passed his phone over to Taylor Lautner. The conversation went like this:
TAYLOR: Hi there! It's Taylor Lautner here! I believe you're a fan.
SISTER: Uh-huh. Sure. Yeah.
TAYLOR: It's really nice to talk to you! I've heard so much about you!
SISTER: Yeah. Great.
TAYLOR: Ummm... Well, it's really nice to see you finally!
SISTER: Ok. Great. Yeah.
TAYLOR: Right... Well... I'd better get back on set then.
SISTER: Right. Good luck.
TAYLOR: Okay then, bye!
SISTER: Yeah. Bye.
Greg was horrified that his sister had been so rude. He waited for Taylor to leave and then spoke to her. "What the EFF was that??" he demanded.
"I'm having a POO!" hissed his sister.
To be honest, I think I could have faked it. But that's just me.
