Chandelao Village

Another beautifully bright day with some puffy white clouds but 99% blue blue skies.  After a leisurely start we went back to the Women's Co-operative to  see if we could support them by spending a few rupees (not difficult). Four of the ladies are in the extra photo. The bottom left shot shows how adept these ladies are in using their feet to help hold cottons etc whilst doing intricate work - they are amazing.  
The main blip shows some of the characters we came across whilst taking a stroll through the village - the ladies do the cement carrying for the builder; the kid was happily playing with a tyre, the mason was busy making a wonderful doorway structure and the kid just asked to be photographed. They are so friendly it has been a delight to spend time here.  Off to Mumbai tomorrow sadly for the last leg of the trip - boo hoo....
