Trying to ditch the plastic

I have invested in half a dozen jute shopping bags in the hope I can stop using plastic carrier bags. I have at last trained myself to keep a supply of bags in the car - I do this by having two identical WWT linen bags, one in the car, one just inside the front door (see extra). When I shop I take a bag from the car, then when I unload it indoors I immediately fold it up and put it in the bag by the door. When the bag in the car is empty I swap it for the (now full) bag indoors. The system remains the same - only the bags are different!
