Feather light

Another beautiful day ... here is a feather caught in the branches of the newly budding forsythia.

We heard today from the Continuing Heath Care Commission that we've been successful in our application for the funding of Mum's residential care in the last 6 months of her life.  The keeping of photographic records (blip) and emails have helped in the application but particular thanks goes to sister Sarah (solicitor) who has spent a great deal of time putting our case together.

It's a hollow victory though as we all wish that proper funding and care for our Mum, had been sorted out when it mattered.
