Giant orchids

We stepped out of our cottage this morning and before us was a rough area of scrub. Peeping out were tall stems of Giant Orchid!
Amongst them we found green-winged and four spotted orchids, and several varieties of bee and spider orchids yet to be identified.
Akrotiri Lake has a host of flamingos and further orchids, then we went to Tom and Sophie and the grandchildren and Pam, for supper and three bottles of wine!
So far, so good!
