super dooper frosty this morning, got the dogs out early on the beach for a bit of a run. Gonna try to do a bit more shopping this afternoon which includes get the little poochies a couple of winter jackets for outdoors.

On a more personal level its a year today since we lost Sookie, she was Pug cross Jack Russell. She was Eight months old and collapsed and died in front of me, causes unknown. I was absolutley gutted for a long time, I still shed a tear for her every day. I like to think poochies can be Angels.
