Park walks...

Hello blip-land! hope this finds you all well & warm! its blooming freezing today! we decided to walk for a scripts to the docs, its near the park so we had a walk round there too. Just wish I had remembered bread for the wildlife. I will go back soon with some goodies for them. The doctors got my scrip mixed up again Dave was not happy as this has happened before. And it means going back tomorrow, all I can say its a good job it was not an elderly person or someone with no means of transport! Diet going well and im feeling in control. Daves going to snooker shortly and I have my aunt ellie coming will be nice to see her. I best go and spruce myself up and the rest of the house! have a great day folks.
