February: The Brook

A difficult choice this month. Unlike last year, the little snow wasn't worthy of the name. The Brook gets the best light in the mornings and tends to be shaded in the afternoons but walking home one night I caught it just before the Blue Hour, my first crossing in just-about daylight this year (Extra). In the end though, I decided to go for one of those misty mornings we've been having recently, because it feels a little more February to me.
