Lifeboat, Campbeltown Loch
7.3C dull, grey, hazy, and dry. Light E/ESE breeze.
Fergus and I went for our walk after lunch. We went round to the harbour and had a wander round the old quay. The new quay has 8 wind turbine tower sections on it. They have been delivered through town over the last three nights and a ship will be in soon to load and take them away. We carried on along Hall Street and the shore side of the park and Kilkerran road to Glenramskill House. We turned there and came back the same way. Just before we got to the mile marker I noticed the lifeboat speeding into the loch. We carried on up past the cemetery then along the street side of the park and came home through town passing the town hall and the bookshop (open).
