Painterly

Painterly apparently means 'like a painting' which seems logical. An abstract painterly as the theme for today's Abstract Thursday is presumably an abstract that looks like a painting, well that's clear then!

Anyway it rained today, the unseasonably spring weather having taken itself off on the Gulf Stream, possibly to the Arctic to melt a bit more ice.

I haven't messed around with a flower picture so much since my early blip days in 2012, I'd forgotten what fun it is.

This evening we're off to the Stratford Playhouse where they hold a comedy club on the last Thursday of each month. This will be our first visit to the event.
