Golden Seaweed

It was a beautiful day today blue skies and sunny but cold and some frost. I had a busy day as I started off with doing some washing then I made some bramble jelly and at the same time when the cooker was on I cooked some mince. I washed some of the trays in my freezer as I am trying to defrost it which has been difficult as it is outside in the dogs house and it is very cold out there. I got the results of my blood test that was taken on Wednesday and my INR is up to 5 which is away too high so have to be careful if I get cut. I am just going to have my afternoon tea and do some knitting, Christmas cards all finished and ready to post.
