Clamour

Today went much more smoothly than I’d thought it might....including the tricky meetings....and I was surprised by a little tea party in the office as an early birthday celebration. We had quite a few laughs and nice chat between other things and then I went over to Summerhall for a celebration event (extra) for a range of research projects. People seemed to really enjoy and appreciate it and it was a lovely evening full of people enjoying meeting each other and hearing about each other’s work. On the way to the venue there was an amazing pastel artwork....no idea what it was about or who did it but very striking!
Chatted to A and Mt when I got home, pretty tired but looking forward to seeing them all this weekend.
