A visit to my friend...

A good work out at the gym this morning on this thingy known as a power plate - it is the easy option of getting fit - but, hey, I was shattered after half an hour.

I had a lovely couple of hours this afternoon with my good friend Mr. L. who you may recall I did a blip from his office in April. Mr. L. kindly allowed me to blip this wonderful chandelier in his lounge, a bespoke model, made in Murano, Italy.

Soon be the weekend folks - it's Mr. M.'s works Christmas bash tomorrow evening - so looking forward to putting on a suit and dickie bow tie; might even be a SP..
