Assumed Identity

"Whilst proceeding down South Charlotte Street at around 1.15 in the afternoon, I observed a building calling itself The Town Hall.

However, I quickly established it to be the headquarters of the Leith Police instead - perpetrators of the notorious tongue-twister. At this point, I felt that the accused was potentially facing a charge of passing itself off as a seat of local government.

Upon further investigation however, I discovered that there was truth in the statement that the 'Leith Police dismisseth us' and that it was closed for repairs.

I subsequently charged the building with impersonating a police station."
