Winter sun

Passing grumpy and frankly quite racist old git fellow dog walker "what you doin'?!"

me "trying to take a photo while walking a dog"

old git "I can see that, but what of?"

me "the sunset"

old git "why?!"

me "because it's pretty?"

old git "so?!"

me "so I like photos of pretty sunsets! Is that ok?"

old git walks off, muttering about the bloody nutters. And foreigners.


There are many things I like about walking the dog. Encountering other dog walkers is not one of them.
