Rhubarb

Emerging from the dead-looking mass are some fresh new shoots which means we'll be enjoying fresh rhubarb from the garden again this year.
Hooray! Rhubarb crumble and custard!
This plant was in the garden when we came 20+ years ago and it produces every year despite getting only the odd shovel-full of compost and a splash of water now and then.  Best thing in the garden?
