Had my blood pressure taken today, then the HG and I went down the valley for a nice lunch.  The weather was quite pleasant and warmer than EK, and we enjoyed our trip out.

On the way home we headed to the Lochside, and the HG had a wee walk around the loch, while I read the newspaper.  Took a few shots too, and these are the nicest.  A nice day.

Now need to make the dinner!
