Five Go Off to Camp

A lovely breakfast with Mrs R this morning at The Green Room in Brackley. Lovely avocado on toast and cappuccino. 
It has been over a year since we've seen each other (how does that happen???) and it was lovely to catch up. 
Then it was home to vaguely think about packing, and laundry (before I can pack!!!) tidying up, watering plants and feeding the fish.
We've been itching to get away in Marshall again and today was the day. Whoop whoop!!
We planned to leave shortly after collecting the Little Misses at 4pm.
So naturally we finally got away at about 6.30pm!!! Sigh!
Almost three and a half hours later we arrived at Kelling Heath in Norfolk. Stopping only for petrol, sandwiches and our body weight in chocolate from Tescos in St Neots.
I'd rung the campsite to say we weren't going to get there by the 9pm deadline. Because we were too busy faffing to set off in time we'd been held up and they said just come to the restaurant when we got there. We were soon parked in our pitch and tucked up in our beds.
So excited to get up and start exploring tomorrow!
