Sprint Relay

Spent the morning in a sand duney forest doing some orienteering training.  I went out too and bumped into another woman on crutches. Orienteering is such an inclusive sport!. Then back to Fig da Foz to watch the R running in a sprint relay. Here he is sprinting up some steps
