I stood in a line in Tescos today, buying photo frames for a school photograph competition.

The check-out woman asked what the frames were for.

I said "photographs."

Next she scanned the bananas.

I said "They're for the monkeys I keep in my shed!

She never laughed.

Some people can be too serious!
