Lamb under the bell,
Out take on Croatian dish,
Cooked with hot heat beads.
After visiting Croatia 2 years ago we always said we must try to replicate this lamb dish cooked in a covered dish with hot coals. MrsG looked up the recipe, I got the fire going, then into a cast iron dish,2 hours surround by hot coals and the result was delicious.
