Speculaas for St Nicholas

I recently bought an old speculaasplank (Dutch biscuit mould) so that I could try making some speculaas biscuits, which I understand are the spiced biscuits traditionally made in the Netherlands around St Nicholas' Day. I used the recipe I got from the Dutchman I bought the mould from and they have been a total hit! Yum!!
