New Read
The girls sleepover went well last night and I woke them up ready for my daughter to get ready for gymnastics!
We were invited to watch a performance so that they had the opportunity to perform before their competition in a few weeks so we went along. It was lovely to see their new routine which is being performed to “A Million Dreams” and this year the discipline is ribbon. They did very well and I’m sure when they go to seeding in a few weeks they will do each other proud.
Then we headed to a car dealership as we have come to realise we can’t manage with one car anymore as we often need to be in two places at once. I managed to secure myself a Smart Car and I pick it up Wednesday! I can’t wait!!
We are having a relaxing afternoon as the children are tired after a busy week!! I’m also resting today in advance of a long run tomorrow!
I have been reading some of my book club book - I finished Stephen King’s Outsider which I really enjoyed although thought it was quite slow at the end! This month is The Lost Girls of Paris by Pam Jenoff, which I am really enjoying so far!!
I hope you have all had a lovely Saturday! X
