Pretty sunrise

The sunrise this morning was stunning and I blipped it from the front door thinking that's today's sorted! However, about an hour later there was still a lot of colour in the sky and I took this walking Bonnie on the marsh.

We've been out all day at a meeting at Scotch Corner where is was so much colder than home -4c and thick fog! After the meeting we had a very nice Christmas lunch which everybody enjoyed! There was still a lot of fog around on the home journey but when it cleared over the Pennines the views were stunning and the sky a lovely shade of pink. I did stop at a layby to blip it but there were too many trees in the way :)
