Are We Mad........????

As it turned out...not...!
I took this on the way out our drive this morning at 8.30am...
My Forsythia buds just starting to open...another bright yellow for this time of the year!
The reason for the early hour (rarely seen by us at this time on a Sunday morning).....was dropping our daughter to the airport bus as she’s traveling to the UK for a weeks work...
And then my hubby had the very bright idea that we should do the shopping as it was still dry...(our shopping trip was abandoned very quickly yesterday due to a severe dizzy episode)..I’m really beginning to hate this but I suppose I’ve no option but be patient!!!
So we headed to our very large Tesco store...it was marvelous, quiet and the shelves well stocked...so I have all my shopping for the week now...

Home by 10am and now it’s lashing...it would look like we are going to have the promised wet Sunday...and we await to see if storm Freya arrives...!!!!
