Sunshine and shadows

I started a new long distance walk today - the Brenda Parker Way. It's 78 miles from Aldershot to Andover (one side of Hampshire to the other). We only did 8 miles today, which is a shorter leg than we usually do on these walks, but my companion is having problems with her planular-wotsit so we didn't want to push things. It was an interesting leg, with various types of town and countryside to walk through (including a large section across military land with soldiers hanging around), and in spite of the gloomy weather forecast, it actually turned out very nice. However, it turns out that not many of my photos were very interesting so this is the best of the bunch!
