Backlash Starts

A few weeks ago, I bought a 32 tune wireless doorbell. Mainly because it has Christmas tunes on, to be honest. However the current doorbell button is rather more attached to the doorframe than I had anticipated. On the plus side, the range is such that I can hide the incredibly noisy bell bit in my daughter's room and set it off from the kitchen when I discover that yet again she is the only one missing from the breakfast table.

Child#2 does not like this.

I will continue doing it though, as it is satisfyingly effective at getting her out of bed.
