FEELING THE PAIN

Today I watched a re-play from last night's women's 3,000 metres in Glasgow.

Cannot say how much I admire the courage & sheer bloody-mindedness of this skinny wee lass. Come the last lap she slipped into sprint mode & left the rest of the field standing - magnificent!!
