The great thing about gin is that it's 'clean' so very drinkable with little chance of adverse effects the next day. Luckily the wine and beer seemed to be ok as well.

Alf was playing football this morning so I dropped him off and then headed into the office to tidy up a few IT bits. I saw the Cambridge Half Marathon was just over the road so spent 10 minutes watching the runners. 

As a complete non runner I am always amazed that people run full stop never mind distance. I have huge respect for them though.
