Before and after

I’d started the sourdough yesterday so this morning I had to get up to prepare it for it’s final rise. You can see it on the left in it’s proving basket and the finished article on the right. It was ok but I think that it could be better.

As the weather was appalling I’ve cleaned the house. I have to be in the mood to do that.

The weather was better by the time HtP and I walked the boys.

The floor should be laid in the conservatory tomorrow. Fingers crossed that the floor layer comes.
