Silver

I don't know about you lot but here it has been a day of deep fog, rhythmical clouds of breath smoke and a heavy silvery frost. I saw a few of these curious silver tendrils draped and dangling from fences and walls. They look like besilvered spiders' webs!
I had to spend a chunk of this morning writing about Hollyoaks, of all unlikely topics. Yes, at the teen soap opera! Wikipedia was (once again) a big help but really, who writes the incredibly detailed entries on soap opera characters? I am torn between admiration at their dedication and a feeling that perhaps they need to get out more. Tomorrow is a rare day off. Have I got anything planned?
