Catching the Light

I had to take John to have a Colonoscopy at 1pm. While I was waiting I went and did some shopping and also took a walk around the Botanic Gardens.

John had a Colonoscopy a couple of years ago and they removed a lot of polyps. Because of that they wanted another follower up two year later. This time they removed five more. It is good he is having the check ups ...even though he didn't want to have it done this time!

I haven't been to the gardens for sometime so it was good to have a walk around. I couldn't go too far as my back was really sore today.

It was to have been around 28c today but was only around 21 with a cold wind. It has warmed up now its evening as there has been a wind change.
