MonoMonday - Converse

No (at least not much) decorating today.  Instead it was down to the gym for some (not so gentle) stretching in body pump and pilates.  It may not have been the best idea after all of the contortions of the last few days!

I'd clocked that today's mono Monday challenge was on the theme of converse.  Good luck to ApolloFly on her first venture into hosting a challenge.   My initial thought was along the idea of opposites, but soon realised that conversation was equally applicable.  As I waited for L to complete a Salsa class, I sat in the lounge people watching and trying to capture something suitable.  The conditions were challenging,  sitting in the dark part of the room facing the windows with just a compact camera to hand, but you know what they say - a bad workman always blames his tools!
