Converse : this week’s theme for Mono Monday kindly hosted by Apollo Fly.

Better day today, much more mobility so l’ve got a lot done while resting in between the odd jobs.
Done a lot of stretching too.
Tomorrow we should have been flying to Rome for a few days then traveling on the train to Vienna, Berlin, Paris and finally London.
We have thought about doing this for a long time and Mr P loved making all the travel plans and we tailor made our trip to do exactly what we wanted - sort of inter railing for the vintage traveler but this time going first class and staying in hotels.
Because of recent events we knew a few weeks ago that It wasn’t going to happen as traveling abroad at the moment is out of the question.
The only money we lost was from two very cheap flights as we booked them before getting travel insurance.
In retrospect it would have been difficult with my current back problem too.
So it’s no good crying over spilt milk and we are still going away for a couple of days :-))
