Grasses

Yesterdays shot showed the mimosa that's all over the forest. There's also lots of really tall grasses which can be seen in this shot.  My time was quicker today but I'm still 2/3 of the way down the Easy Short. course  Realised a friend in her late 70s is doing the same course and she beat me by 7 minutes today and 6 minutes yesterday. Oh well the sticks do slow me down and she was thrilled to beat me. 
After the event we picked up a few geocaches on the way out of the forest. There is absolutely no way I would have been able to climb up and recover the one shown in extras, even without a gammy hip. Thank goodness R is tall, agile and strong.
