Knees up!
Today I finally went to see my Physiotherapist after severe pain for months (which I course, Sod's law, by the time I got home from tour and have swam most of the pain out, its not too bad anymore).
I have six exercises that I have to do ten times a day!! Amazing how training muscles and other parts of your legs decreases pain where the pain actually is. We shall see.
Bit of a rough day today. Physio was good. Just stressing about a few other things. My girl chilled me out and turned my mind positive again tonight which I will be forever grateful for. She's my rock.
