Old friends

I saw this elderly couple shopping at Central Market, and felt that they embodied the "converse" theme for today.  A long marriage must be like an ongoing conversation between two loving people, so that even if they aren't speaking aloud, they're sharing experiences together.

Lex took May to the psychiatrist this morning, and the doctor prescribed an increased dose of the medication she is already taking.  Then, of course, she announced that she will be leaving her practice and moving to Atlanta.  We have had to change psychiatrists for May repeatedly over the years she has lived out here, and it's so frustrating to have to start over again.
