Random Night

S and I made a concerted effort to step up our random night frequency when we stay over in Oxford. So we headed after work to a theatre night in a brewery. We weren’t quite sure what to expect, but it was an interesting and thought provoking evening highlighting the challenges that ex prison offenders have when trying to get back to work. We the audience got to vote for which one of 3 people would get the job they were interviewing for. Only about 25% of ex offenders find jobs, and 50% of employers say they wouldn’t hire an ex offender.
