A different sort of panorama!

Digital group today, just A and myself.  I had seen the wonderful result of Snshpall's use of the polar coordinates filter and decided it was worth trying!  The hardest part was getting decent shots of the room.  The lighting is different in each shot - not a good thing!  Any tips on this would be gratefully received.  Go back one in Snshpall's journal to see another room equally well done!  

The galettes were really good:
220g buckwheat flour
110g cornflour
2tsp salt
1egg
3/4litre warm water

In Large bowl mix all dry ingredients.  Make well in center and add  1/4 l water and with a whip gradually mix in the dry ingredients so that no lumps form.  Add next 1/4l water and beaten egg and continue to mix finally rest of water.  Leave to rest at least 1.5 hours.  Spread thin in very hot pan using oil.  Spray worked well. Serve immediately.  

We had a lovely meal with mum and the girls!
