Mexilhoeira Grande

The weather hasn't been very good today with frequent showers but we had an enjoyable walk around the wetlands on the other side of the estuary from Alvor. The walk started at Mexilhoeira Grande Railway station which looked very rundown although trains do stop there as can be seen in the extra. 

On the wetlands we did see flamingos which you can see in kwdiane's blip. My photos of them didn't come out particularly well.
