A butterfly at last!

My butterfly blips are few and far between, not because there are so few around - believe me there are plenty of them! But because they just never seem to rest long enough for me to capture them on film. Today I just happened to have my camera on me walking back from lunch to my bungalow when this beauty caught my eye. I had closer pictures but liked this composition the best. I'm not sure on the species...? Insect lovers feel free to help me out! There are plenty of this kind around Tam Dao National Park - always lovely to watch, flitting from flower to flower.

So glad its Friday! This weekend can't come soon enough :)
