Grey Day

Thank you all so very much for all your comments, stars and hearts on my 10-year blip yesterday. I like to say a personal "thank you" to everyone but I was out all day today and haven't got round many of your journals yet.

Today, we had a student at the studio so we were down at the lake in the rain. We worked under brollies to keep the cameras dry. Mine stayed in its bag for all but a few moments while I took this shot. The student was using our 7D to get the feel for using a DSLR before he makes a purchase. In the meantime , he can apply his new skills to his compact.

Later on in the day, an A-level student we'd been mentoring, joined us to talk about upgrading her equipment, too, ready for taking her photography to its next level at Uni.
