FEELING A BIT UNDER THE WEATHER

Have had this sore throat lurgy that seems to be doing the rounds. Screaming like a Banshee at the Swimming event in Cardiff did not help !
Last 2 days I have felt awful but today was better throat still sore but managed a swim and a bit or retail therapy.
